Quotes 

Quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to parts availability. If in certain circumstances the parts you have been quoted become unavailable you may be contacted to authorize other parts to be purchased/fitted.  

Bookings & Deposits

 A 50% deposit is payable to Elite Auto Industries in order to secure your booking. All goods will remain the property of Elite Auto Industries until payment is received in full. Sales are subject to the terms and conditions of trade.  

Cancellations & Refunds 

If you choose to cancel your booking after your deposit has been paid a 15% restocking fee will apply. Custom orders are non refundable and must be paid in full on acceptance of a quote. If you come across a faulty part that has been supplied and installed by Elite Auto Industries, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the issue. If the part has been supplied by yourself, it will not be the responsibility of Elite Auto Industries to follow up with the supplier.  

Payment Options 

Payment options available are EFTPOS, bank transfer or cash. Please note EFTPOS payments will incur a 1.4% surcharge. 

Parts 

Original parts removed from your vehicle to allow for installation of replacement parts and accessories are disposed of on the same day as installation. If you wish to retain these parts, please inform us prior to the commencement of any work being carried out on your vehicle. Please bear in mind that in most cases the removed parts are not suitable for re-fitting or transport in your vehicle due to their size, nature and condition. Their loading and transporting will be your responsibility in such circumstances.  

COVID-19

We are a Covid safe environment and we would appreciate it if our customers would also adhere to any safety regulations set by WHO. If you are sick or are required to be self isolating/quarantining we ask that you notify us and we can change your booking date.  Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be delays with some parts.
